Luke Walton, RIBA
Since joining Latitude in 2006, Luke has been involved in many of the practice’s prime residential and commercial schemes including 55-70 Duke Street for Grosvenor and 98 Fetter Lane for GE Real Estate. He was the project architect for the New London Architecture awarded mixed-use scheme at 30 North Audley Street and was made an Associate Director in 2012.
Luke is currently leading the Latitude team on the 110 room hotel, retail and residential scheme in Berwick street, Soho.
Luke was made a Director in 2017.
Since joining the practice in 2006 Luke has been involved in many of the practice’s commercial and residential schemes including new build Chalk Farm and Ridley Farm, and the development and refurbishment of 55-73 Duke Street for Grosvenor and 98 Fetter Lane for GE Real Estate.
Luke was the Project Architect for the New London Architecture commended mixed use scheme at 30 North Audley Street for Grosvenor. He is currently leading mixed use scheme in Berwick Street, Soho.
Luke is also very involved in the practice’s competition entries.
