Meridian Quay

The Swansea Maritime Quarter required a development capable of bringing new activity and investment back to the waterfront. The scheme brings together residential, commercial and public uses within a single mixed-use development, creating a more active and connected part of the waterfront.

Conceived as a catalyst for the wider regeneration of the Maritime Quarter, the project establishes a new destination while contributing to the long-term renewal and vitality of the area.
