The remodelling and extension of a redundant Mayfair office building behind a retained façade to form 9 contemporary apartments over 5 floors that includes 3 spectacular triplex apartments.

The ground floor and basement floors are combined to become a single signature restaurant.

The client brief was to set a new benchmark of quality in North Mayfair residential property. A generous reception area with basalt floor, modern art housed in bronze panels and dramatic lighting sets the tone for the interior that runs through to the spatially dramatic triplex apartments with their vaulted ceilings, crisply detailed marble bathrooms, Bulthaup kitchens and cantilevered glass staircases

The project was short listed for the New London Architecture 2012 Conservation and Retrofit award.
