Latitude has gained planning and listed building consent for the refurbishment and extension of this 18th century building in the Soho conservation area of London.
The internal lift is moved to an additional closet wing at the rear of the building allowing for a cleaner, more efficient internal office layout, while the opening up of the original light wells enhance the new ground and basement retail units. In addition, a new enhanced roof is added and changes introduced to improve the elevations.
