Phoenix Theatre: The addition of 6 residential units at roof level and the internal remodelling of this Grade II listed theatre. The apartments will be accessed from ground level via a dramatic atrium formed within an existing lightwell. The apartments benefit from external terraces and extensive views. The design has been developed in collaboration with English Heritage and the London Borough of Camden who are both in support of the proposals.
