Meath County Council: A design competition for the masterplan and new headquaters for Meath County & Navan Town Coucils. Set on the banks of the river Boyne, the proposals created a series of linked blocks which faced out over the river, under sloping green roofs. A new landmark tower and public square formed the focus for the town council. Concrete and glass cladding etched with stone carving motifs reflects the rich historical context.
