Lonsdale Chambers: The demolition of an existing unlisted 1930's building and the construction of a new 120,000 sq ft commercial office development within the Chancery Lane conservation area. The complex nature of the project is increased by the requirement to retain existing retail and residential uses on the periphery of the site. The project received planning and conservation area consent in 2002.
