King Street. Manchester: The design and construction of the refurbishment of two existing buildings in the centre of Manchester. The proposals include the conversion of dated office accommodation to modern standards and the addition of a contemporary rooftop pavilion to one of the buildings. The proposals have led to increased efficiency of the floor plate and consequently increased client value.
